Biscuit Apple Hand Pies

How to Bake

  • Thaw biscuits in the fridge overnight
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Peel and dice 2 apples
  • Add apples to sauce pot with cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, water and cornstarch
  • Simmer 20-30 minutes or until the sauce is thick and apples are soft
  • Roll out biscuits on floured surface
  • Fill with rolled out biscuits with cooled apple mixture
  • Fold rolled biscuits into small pies and push a fork on the edges to create a raised texture around the edges
  • Brush with butter and bakeĀ 25- 30 minutes, until golden brown
  • Enjoy!
