When can I expect my order to arrive?
*Due to an influx of orders and a national dry ice shortage, we are experiencing some shipping delays. Orders delayed or damaged due to FedEx holiday and COVID delays cannot be reshipped. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any additional issues.*
You can expect your goodies to come within 2-5 days! But because it is frozen, it could be 1-2 business days before it actually ships out. Orders placed after 9 AM on Wednesday will arrive the following week.
How will my product ship?
All products will ship via UPS or FedEx.
How much does Shipping cost?
Shipping is free to all continental US states, always! Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $40 shipping fee.
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we can only ship within the United States.
Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
Some orders may ship in multiple packages but all will arrive safely to you!
Do I touch dry ice? How can I remove it?
Do not touch the dry ice! Leave the cooler open and let it dissolve.
How do I return my product or get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds but please contact email@example.com about any issues with your order!

Do you use any preservatives in your products?
At Mason Dixie, we believe you should only eat what you know. We use all real ingredients including real butter and real dairy. You'll never find any kind of preservatives, corn syrup, flavorings, oils, bleach, substitutes or gums in our products.
- Does your product come in contact with any peanuts, tree nuts or sesame?
Our facility also does use nuts, peanuts and sesame. But we clean each run before and after with allergen wash to prevent cross contamination.
- Do your products contain egg?
While our biscuits and scones do not contain any eggs, our sweet rolls do!
